Terms and Conditions

Delivery conditions, general conditions for foreign countries:
Deliveries are only made in accordance with following general terms and conditions. Opposing conditions of the customer are only recognized if these are expressly arranged between both parties. These conditions also apply for repairs to the delivery contents.  Additional agreements, changes and supplements to the contract require the written confirmation of Böhm Stirling-Technik.

Prices:
The current prices always apply. For mailings, shipping and postage charges are calculated in addition to the current prices.

Delivery:
Specified delivery dates are non-binding. As a rule, however, deliveries are made immediately provided the goods are in stock; otherwise, a delivery is made as soon as possible. Retraction is excluded, unless both parties have expressly agreed to this.
Shipping and transfer of risk:
Upon shipment, the customer accounts for payment and accomplishment risks when the goods are delivered to the freight forwarder, the carrier or other person responsible for executing the shipment. This also applies in the event of freight-paid delivery. The shipping and insurance conditions of DHL apply. We are not liable for time delays of DHL due to acts of nature beyond control and other situations. In these cases, only the delivery conditions of DHL or other freight forwarders apply.

Terms of payment and retention of title:
We only deliver against prepayment, unless something else has been arranged with us.

Extended retention of title:
The goods received remain my property until they have been completely paid for. Place of jurisdiction and place of performance for both aspects is Neustadt / Aisch, Germany.
Credit card/PAYPAL cancelation by the customer:
If the customer cancels his/her credit card or the bank does this because the customer is not capable of making payments, the customer is in default of payment and is liable for all costs which accrue for  Böhm Stirling Technik. The customer is also liable for return, customs and postage fees.

Should a return be necessary, the product must be packed carefully in a double-sided box, protected against shock and postage must be paid. If the goods have deteriorated in quality, compensation for lost value can be demanded.
